1. Eligibility:
• To qualify for cashback, you must purchase event tickets on Ticketmaster through the MyCommunity.Today platform as an individual end-user, not a reseller.

2. Qualifying Events:
• Cashback is only available on select event categories and ticket price levels, as determined by Ticketmaster. High-demand events may be excluded.

3. First-Time Purchases:
• Cashback is only offered on first-time ticket purchases for a given event, not re-purchases of same event tickets.

4. Screenshot Requirement:
• You must take a screenshot of the Ticketmaster booking confirmation page within 24 hours of purchase. The screenshot must clearly show the event, ticket details, price, and purchase date.

5. Email Submission:
• Email the booking confirmation screenshot to the designatedMyCommunity.Today email address WE NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS HEREwithin 24 hours of your ticket purchase.

6. Cashback Amount:
• You will receive 2% cashback on the base ticket price only, excluding taxes, fees, and other charges.

7. Cashback Processing:
• Cashback will be processed 4-6 weeks after the event occurs and ticket validation. Ticket cancellations, returns, or refunds void eligibility.

8. Cashback Expiry:
• Unused cashback rewards expire 90 days after issuance.

9. Payment Method:
• Cashback will be credited to the original payment method used, where supported. Alternative arrangements may be required otherwise.

10. Fraud Prevention:
• MyCommunity.Today reserves the right to withhold cashback in cases of fraudulent purchases or submission activities.

11. Program Changes:
• MyCommunity.Today and Ticketmaster reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate this cashback program at any time, with or without notice. This may occur if the partnership ends.
